Check-In

Enable visitors to register their arrival without the need for face-to-face interaction.

Summary:

Enable visitors to register their arrival without the need for face-to-face interaction. Create a very large “Cancel appointment” button that can be easily touched by accident. Oh the laughs!

Business Value:

Eliminate the line while still enforcing a queued approach to service. As they wait, visitors can relax or choose to interact with other digital content – promotional terminals, information kiosks, and more - you may place around the room. A separate digital billboard could be used to display wait times or to announce when a particular person can be served.

Key Intuiface Feature(s):

Ability to integrate with external data sources and business logic. Form-based data entry results in Intuiface’s logging of visitor information into a network-accessible resource. Local staff can view the same information, manage arrival notification, and alert visitors when it is their time to arrive. Intuiface can read additional information from the back office, such as wait times, data inserted either by staff or some external resource used by the office.
